  • we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on store manager to lead our new SHOT location in the heart of Rotterdam. you’ll be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations, team and overall performance of the location, working closely with and reporting directly to the owners.

    • full-time position: 36-40 hours per week.

    • leadership experience: proven experience leading, motivating and managing a team is crucial. you’ll be the leader of the location and the person the team looks to.

    • strong barista skills: confident behind the bar and experienced with specialty coffee, matcha and drink preparation. you lead by example and aren’t afraid to jump in.

    • full responsibility: responsible for everything from stock and supplies to schedules, staffing, cleanliness, service and making sure the store runs smoothly every day.

    • ownership mentality: proactive, organised and able to make decisions, solve problems and take full ownership of the location.

    • strong communication: clear, confident and positive communication with the team, customers and owners.

  • we’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic barista / store employee to join our new SHOT location in Rotterdam. as part of the team, you’ll help create the SHOT experience by serving great coffee and matcha, welcoming our guests and making sure the store looks and feels its best.

    • part-time position: 8–16 hours per week.

    • barista skills: you’re confident behind the bar or eager to learn. experience with specialty coffee is a plus.
