team leader | 24-32 hrs | amsterdam
we’re looking for an enthusiastic and responsible team leader to join the SHOT team. in this role, you’ll help lead and support the team on a daily basis, make sure every shift runs smoothly and maintain the high standards we stand for. you’ll work closely with the owners and take an active role in supporting the day-to-day operations of SHOT.
barista experience: confident behind the bar and familiar with specialty coffee and drink preparation.
leadership experience: proven experience leading, motivating and supporting a team.
passion for food, drinks & lifestyle: genuinely interested in the SHOT concept and everything surrounding it.
strong sense of responsibility: reliable, proactive and able to take ownership of the daily operations.
hands-on mentality: not afraid to jump in, help the team and lead by example.
strong communication skills: clear, positive and professional communication with both the team and customers.
eye for quality & detail: committed to maintaining high standards in service, products and presentation.
positive & energetic personality: someone who brings good energy to the team and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
